We use DNSMadeEasy for our customer’s MX and A record query statistics whenever possible. The only time we stray is when we need CloudFlare to provide website security and performance enhancements. DNSMadeEasy is very affordable, extremely reliable, and has excellent customer service.

Honestly I do not have a lot of positive things to say about DNS made easy user interface is simple to use and they have decent how-to videos. Their speed is somewhat fast.

Do not expect to get any form of service from them that is not horrible.
I hate to say this but I was actually scolded by a lady who kept telling me over and over again that when I told her I would return to another provider for this particular site she told me inside of their support forum that “I was going public with it” and that “I could use a in two inferior system that allows people to do whatever they want on them”

I had to tell her that we had to get over her issues and start working on mine.
Every single reply I got for the next four hours this woman wrote you did not send a message that whatever time I told her I did and I know I sent that message not that it was really what I cared about four hours later.

Save yourself a lot of heartache do not bother.

Not when they have your clients DNS records and are refusing to give them to you because your account which is their corporate account is according to them insufficient in the amount of queries left something of 100% not true and when the client had started a trial they could not move the clients trial over to my paid plan but they only figured this out after two hours of time yet they could. Along with the fact that they just work unbelievably rude.

Their reasoning for not moving things over ” it is in our terms of service”
the worst answer any customer service representative can get somebody that has actually given them a decent amount of business there I closed up with them I now host all my domains on a much better service that starts with a D
